Policies

 

SCHEDULING
We suggest scheduling your appointments at least two weeks in advance for the optimal selection of services and appointment times.  If you are unable to schedule this far in advance, we will do our best to accommodate you at any time.  Please make note that at the time of booking services we will need to secure your appointment with a credit card deposit. We require a $100 deposit on parties of 3 or more.

GIFT CERTIFICATES

Zen Gift Cards and E-Gift Certificates should be treated as cash. All sales are final; Gift Cards and E-Gift Certificates cannot be exchanged or refunded for any reason. Gift Cards and E-Gift Certificates contain value that may be used to purchase merchandise and services however they cannot be used to purchase other gift cards or e-gift certificates. Please present your Zen Gift Cards and E-Gift Certificates upon departure and your sale will be deducted from your card’s balance. All remaining balances must remain on your card; no cash value; cannot be redeemed for cash. Zen is not responsible for cards that are lost, stolen, damaged or used without authorization.

GROUP PARTIES

Groups are welcomed and encouraged to bring in food and beverages for their party.  We also offer a room rental for $100 to accommodate groups in a relaxing and private atmosphere.  We will supply dishes, glasses, silverware, infused water, and light fare. Zen wishes that all guests enjoy themselves in a safe and responsible manner. Spa Party guests of Zen are more than welcome to bring in alcoholic beverages as long as a designated driver is chosen and the Front desk staff is made aware.

 

PREPARATION
Please plan on arriving at Zen Spa at least 15 minutes before your scheduled service.  This allows time to complete an intake form for our therapists to evaluate your needs and get you settled in.  To avoid delaying our therapists’ next client, your service will end on time, regardless of your arrival time.

 

CANCELLATIONS
We require at least a 24 hour notice to change or cancel your appointment, or you will be charged 50% of the service.  We understand plans can change, but the treatments have been reserved just for you. We have other clients who can enjoy this time. Also our technicians’ time is very valuable.

ENVIRONMENT
At Zen Spa we spend a lot of time creating an atmosphere that is peaceful and relaxing.  We want to offer each client a chance to escape from the daily stresses of life. We ask that all cell phones and other electronic devices be turned off or left at home.  We also ask that you maintain quiet conversations in all areas of the spa.
